A friend recently gifted me ‘The Infinite Game’ by Simon Sinek . As I continue reading it, I thought of sharing beautiful chunks from the first few pages. 1. In the Infinite Game of #Business , we may not know all of the other players, and new ones can join the game at any time. 2. To one company, being number one may be based on the number of customers they serve. To another, it could be about revenues, stock performance… In infinite games, there are multiple metrics, which is why we can never declare a winner. 3. The game of business has no finish line. Despite the fact that companies are playing in a game that cannot be won, too many business #leaders keep playing as if they can. 4. Diversity and inclusion isn't just a black issue. It isn't just a white issue. It isn't just a female issue. It's an everybody issue. People seem to forget that there are gatekeepers of power. משבר תעסוקתי עולמי. ובכל משבר כזה יש תת משבר. ממה שאני חווה האוכלוסיות שנפגעו הכי הרבה הן ג'וניורים ללא ניסיון או אנשים בגילאי 40-50+ שלא הצליחו לעשות ריסקילנג ולהתאים את עצמם לעולם החדש. הדיונים למה דווקא הם יכולים להימשך ימים ובאמת שיש לי הרבה מה להגיד על זה. אבל מה עושים? אחת הבעיות הגדולות שזיהינו היא שלא מספיק מכירים תפקידים בהייטק, תפקידי לקוחות, שירות, אופרציה שלא כולם מודעים אליהם. וכשאתה לא מודע שיש תפקיד כזה אתה לא יודע מה לעשות בכדי להגיע אליו והאם אתה בכלל מתאים. כי אולי כל חייך היה שם תפקיד שמתאים לך בול ופשוט לא ידעת שהוא קיים? והעולם הולך לשם, צעירים בבתי ספר יעבדו במקצועות שעדיין לא קיימים. גם אני אגב לא ידעתי מה זה סורסרית שהייתי בגן. ולכן, ביום חמישי 23.07 אנחנו מארגנים מטעם שדולת ההייטק והחדשות וביוזמת ח"כ עידן רול יום אוריינטציה למקצועות וחברות בהייטק.
