Space and time are being blurred by this thing. Space becomes more important than ever, Time less so. Shocks to the system do everything to alter our perspective of what's possible, likely, and any context. While we're quick to think everything will change, that many will flee for the countryside forever, work will become remote, layoffs will be endless. The one part of our lives that technology probably won't change is democracy and governance. But it would be amazing to imagine naively what a world could look like where the people voted on more issues via mobile phones, where it wasn't about parties but ideas, where you voted on policies not people.

Every week you should try to buy or 'interact with" your companies product/experience. The more senior you are, the more you should often you should do it ( and with you kid/ a borrowed Child) I'd love to watch someone from IKEA try and buy something from their store or website. I'd love to see someone from Volkswagen try and buy a car or get it serviced. I'd love to see someone from Samsung unbox and set up their TV, someone from T-mobile try to buy service online. I'd relish watching someone from Amazon try to buy shoes online, someone from Nationwide to buy insurance or make a claim, someone from Drizly to see how strange the order flow is. I'd love to see how they feel about getting 10 emails a week from their brands, I'd love to see them try to choose and buy their own Healthcare plans. Or to ask customer service a question, or to cancel an order. It's beyond my imagination that this is happening, but it's astonishing that's not just how people do their jobs. …see more
