Be kind to yourself; it’s just your normal neurobiology. Distinguish between busy & productive Being busy can leave you wondering what you’ve accomplished. To feel more productive, establish boundaries and manage your time, treating it like the valuable and precious commodity it is. A lot of large companies are in denial about how much they need to change & how fast. A lot of small companies are in denial about the expertise and relationships they are lacking. The skill with these things is to accept what you are proud to have & what others' wish they had. And then to look jealously and what other's have that you don't. And try to build the best of both. Many companies don't like the idea there is anything that can learn from others and are missing. In her work as the Navajo Water Project director for DIGDEEP Water , Emma is fighting for access to clean water and sanitation on the Navajo Nation Reservation where she was born. And [honestly] for me it worked out that way. I got there. And then the world fell apart. I knew 2020 was going to be big. But I never expected this. I started my esports podcast late last year with no expectations. A few months later and I've had thousands of downloads, conversations with owners of teams, invited to events, played with pro players, etc. Just because I wanted to start something that interests me. Two platforms that I'm spending significantly more time on: Twitch & TikTok. Just because I get to spend more time doing things that interest me. Talking about esports, my business, video games, and life as I live it. People have this idea in their head that they need to create "content" and that content needs to look/feel/sound a certain way. And it doesn't. You can do whatever you want to do. And you'll find that when you're doing what you want, you'll also attract the opportunities that you want. Just like my podcast.
