I started saying “NO” to mindless meetings, mindless events, mindless people who were bad for me, mindless food or alcohol, mindless anger and regret. Mindless TV and news. I swear the people I know with "office jobs" are largely working 50% harder than they've ever before, and accomplishing about 50% less. It's not just Zoom fatigue, it's poor consideration of what "meetings" are for, it's endless tactical projects that consume time and accomplish nothing.
