I still can't believe this! 🤯🤯🤯 We chose about 25 people, told them we were hosting an exclusive event but couldn't give them details beyond that. When I was 20 a woman came into the gym that I was working at. Long story, but she ended up telling me things like: ✅ You will be making minimum wage for the rest of your life. ✅ You'll never be as successful as me. ✅ Colleges shouldn't waste scholarship money on people like you. ✅ Etc. I want to thank that woman. Because it was in that moment that I decided that if she is what "success" meant... then I didn't want it. If I had to put other people down to make myself feel big then I didn't want it. I quit that day and found a social media internship a few weeks later. The rest is history.
