There is no greater life hack that genuinely not caring about what anyone thinks about you. Frees you from so many things. Not least expensive life choices and doing miserable jobs to support them. Its not to be confused with arrogance or aloofness. It’s passive.

Hence, Govt. of India’s recognition and commitment towards universal health coverage through initiatives such as ‘Ayushman Bharat’ is encouraging. But with public healthcare spending at just 1.4% of GDP it is hard to see how universal health coverage could be achieved in any meaningful way in the medium term. Currently, private healthcare spending accounts for more than 70% of India’s overall health expenditure. Even if we increase our public spending to 2.5% of GDP, as envisioned, private spending will still constitute the lion’s share of the healthcare spending. With high out-of-pocket expenses, low #health #insurance penetration and high costs, financing India’s healthcare needs represents a significant opportunity for insurance companies & innovative #fintech #startups like  Affordplan . Gross Written Premiums of Non-Life Insurance segment, of which Health is the biggest contributor, has grown at a CAGR of 13% between 2013 and 2017 to INR 1,280 Billion. Times like these prove why you need a diverse team. 👇🏾 ❌ Not because of racial issues (although some companies are hurting now because of a lack of diversity). There was a fitness company in Wisconsin that created an "I can't breathe" workout program. I'm not sure who approved that or how anyone could think that is okay. There are #esports organizations getting backlash for #blm statements because their teams don’t reflect those statements. But here's the thing: ✅ Every team (business, sports, everything)... will face a diverse set of issues. A diverse team will be able to creatively solve those issues. Diversity does NOT mean black. One of our clients just posted how she's made over $600k from working with us. Here's the thing that a lot of people missed from that. 👇🏽 ✅ You have to have something to sell. She has found that success because she's driving that traffic to a business. If you don't have something to sell then you're not going to make much money. Even if it is as simple as, "I'm an influencer... pay me to promote your product and I will get you X in return." Or being paid for speaking engagements or workshops. Without something to sell, you're not going to make much. ✅ There has to be a strategy. Screaming into the void may bring some results, but not the best results. ✅ My team is only a part of the solution. We aren't the whole solution. Our job isn't to make your business better. Our job is to give you a "microphone." It's why we are so picky with who we work with. We have to like you, there has to be an "it" factor, and we have to be confident that we can get you to your goals. I'm all about creating content. And if you do it right they definitely work in tandem. For #MondayMotivation , I’m remembering where I was five years ago today. My Voice of America editing contract in Nairobi had just ended, and other than the big blowout trip to Bangkok I’d planned, there was nothing on the horizon. No job, no contract, no prospects. I’d spent nearly a decade helping young East African journalists build their expertise, and all of a sudden it seemed like my own experience meant nothing.
